Increadibly friendly staff, who are always available to answer queries either via email or phone. The team of nurses is small, meaning you can develop good personal bonds quickly. Having had a challenging period of time where my wife went into OHSS, the staff did their utmost to care and treat her.
Even though I didnt get the outcome I wanted, the care at this clinic was very good and I would recommend. Its impossible to keep on top of the care team and to advocate yourself.
Thier communications is so aweful it makes the process needlessly traumatic and complex. The nurses are brilliant and we're the only thing that stopped us changing clinics. Our Dr dropped us though when she found a loss we had too hard, which also made things far worse.
